This apartment located on the top floor of an old Aix building dating from the 17th century has been completely renovated to combine the charm of the old with modern comfort. The apartment has been newly decorated and is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is completely non-smoking.

This completely renovated apartment on the rooftops is very bright and offers a full view of the city.

The accommodation is equipped with a modern kitchen that will allow you to cook products from the market located just below the building.

The bathroom is en suite and functional. Adjoining it is the bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and air conditioning.


Other remarks

The building is not equipped with an elevator, however the large stairwell facilitates access to the apartments.

The nearest parking is the Bellegarde parking lot 7 minutes walk away, the rate is 20€ for 24 hours.

For very long stays we recommend the Lieutenant-Colonel Jean Pierre park and ride with a subscription rate of 28€/month.
